IBM, an official partner of the 2014 US open, teamed up with musician James Murphy (formerly of LCD Soundsystem) to create the US Open Sessions - a live project that turned US Open match data into live streaming music in real time with the IBM Cloud. Each match in the tournament generated a unique song, which then received an individual illustration that served as an album artwork for the track. There were 250 matches, yielding 250 individual songs and album covers.

I was proud to be one of the few artists commissioned by Ogilvy New York to create the original artwork for the music tracks. In total, I created 45 album covers in 3 days - these are some of the select completed illustrations.
